Wakame is an edible seaweed 
Seaweed are used as an addition to soups, bouillons, salads, sauces, pasta, vegetarian dishes, especially from legumes.
Algae wakame contain all micronutrients and minerals of seawater in easily digestible form. Before serving, pour boiling water and after 5 minutes. strain.
During soaking wakame increases its volume.
