BULGOGI

Bulgogi is a popular Korean cuisine dish.

It is prepared from thinly cut into strips of beef or pork, marinated for a minimum of 2 hours in soy sauce with the addition of garlic, salt, sugar, sesame oil, onions and sesame seeds. Optionally, sometimes (sweet sake) and carrots are added. The meat prepared in this way is then baked on the grill.
